  • Do unused hours roll over?

    Hours don’t roll over month to month, but if you consistently don’t use your allotment we can discuss adjusting your plan to a better fit.

  • What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

    Additional hours are available at an hourly rate. I’ll always let you know before going over so there are no surprises on your invoice.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Retainers require 30 days’ notice to cancel. No long-term contracts are required to get started.

  • I’m not sure what level I need — can we talk it through?

    Absolutely. Just send me an email describing your situation and we’ll figure out what makes sense together.
